As a Regional Planner, you will support the Project Management Office in establishing planning transparency, ensuring schedule quality, and applying consistent planning standards across our international project portfolio.
The Space Planner is to ensure all sites are optimized and per Client workplace standards. What this job involves At a site or campus level, support the development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies that meet the Business needs for space and / or changes to space allocationsSite level blocking, stacking, adjacency planningDevelop migration plans and sequencing of group-level and individual movesManage and maintain CAFM / IWMS data to ensure accuracy of reportingFacilitate and/or resolves planning issues identified in the customer planning meetings with MAC teamCompilation of a tactical view (e.g. 24 months) of the specific campus to support the business needsIntegration of the tactical plan into the strategic forecast of business space requirementsSupport the preparation of communications that assist the Business Reps / other involved parties to understand the proposed accommodation solutions including preparation of (‘to / from’) floor plans / stack plans, summarised data, spend approval documents, etc.Recommends, educates and enforces space policies/standards, procedures and protocols and notifies client of customer requested exceptions;Performs data accuracy auditsCollaborate on site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Site Leadership and the Area Occupancy PlannersService Request Response & Reporting: Support the implementation of MAC & additional space service requests.
Act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day management of the finite schedule managing shop floor manufacturing and facility activities Coordinate between operations, process engineering, automation, facility engineering, microbiology and other related functions to govern what happens within the process area Attend daily tier meetings (Tier 1 and Tier 2) Update the schedule daily Align the Site Plan of Record with the Finite Schedule to ensure consistency and accuracy and work closely with technology transfer to project the scenarios of new product introduction and proactive planning of new activities Enable the seamless execution of activities encompassing objectives of Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Plant Engineering, Calibrations, Lab, and Warehouse operationWork with network experts to develop a road map to fully deploy RTMS functionality to enable increase facility capacity utilization and resource assignment and evaluation Fully build out RTMS operations models for fed batch and continuous manufacturing paradigms Collaborate cross functionally to performing debottlenecking exercises and partnering with Manufacturing Technology and Strategy on Capacity Ramp and Utilization Strategy Support the assessment of unforeseen events to the schedule and create mitigation plans Ensure accountability for schedule adherence, take ownership and escalation when issues arise.
