YOUR TASKS: Align technical solutions for LCE Enclosure Design System with relevant stakeholders (e.g. system team, value chain, chief engineers etc.) and make the final decision Provide Design System considering the full system lifecycle (fulfilling the end-to-end demands and system requirements): concepts, preliminary and detailed designs and continuous improvements (issues in the field or value chain) Provide System documentation Provide System requirements that fulfil product requirements Provide System test specification Ensure that complete System verification is included in test planning Participate and contribute according to PEP definition to development projects representing LCE Enclosure Design System Define the sequence of tasks for system design work packages and the required competencies and skills needed Align appropriate members for projects and tasks with Group Leads Escalate non-technical issues (e.g. disagreements for assignment of members etc.) to direct manager of the System Lead Collaborate in the system DFMEA, as well as coordination of the identified actions Support RCA (Root Case Analysis) for field investigations related to the system components YOUR PROFILE: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across different teams.
