Identify non-conformities, recommend product and process changes, and initiate Fracas fault reports (FRNs). Chair and write up safety reviews. Support UL, CSA and Semi S2 inspections. Conduct EMC emission measurements and support EMC immunity testing. Work with other departments to develop and maintain product compliance.
You will work as Project Management Responsible for the A320 Family Customer Line. In this role, you will support and/or partially lead improvement initiatives and projects with a strong focus on lead-time optimization. Your scope will include project management, business case creation and evaluation, as well as coordination/interface management with central functions in view of the Single Aisle Ramp-Up, with a particular focus on process improvements.
Key responsibilities: Execute complex assembly, testing, and research tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.Develop, operate, and enhance sophisticated assembly systems and tools.Apply a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software-driven assembly processes, including vision-based algorithms.Utilize state-of-the-art measurement and analysis equipment to support development activities.Collaborate and communicate effectively with national and international partners and customers.Drive the exploration and development of new applications and contribute to the company’s technological progress.Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and occasional short international travel.
Champion consistent use of brand guidelines and support colleagues in embedding them. Support the delivery of key corporate reports, including our Annual Report. Help organise and deliver major events such as the annual Leadership Conference.
Develop & implement a standard playbook & toolset for supply chain management Development of standardised reporting for supply chain in areas such as Order book management Shortage management Cost down Supplier performance scorecards Drive ERP compliance and best practices to ensure input and output data are accurate Development of Data Governance framework for ERP across the supply chain Identify skills Gaps and develop training to support the purchasing function Evolve and automate the Supply Chain KPIs and establish and execute phased improvements. Develop and implement improvement governance, including visual management, that enables cross functional engagement, idea generation, prioritisation and effective escalation.
