YOUR TASKS: Support the QM on technical non-conformities and to ensure compliance with ‘Management of Change’ requirements for reporting, developing solutions and implementation Support the SM for Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections Assist the SM, QM and Civil PE on pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks Support the SM and QM with collating and checking for completeness, before releasing the Pre-erection documentation, Statutory Inspections and reports Organise and support the Gate 23 process with the SM and QM Collate the necessary information for reporting and managing NCRs and Incidents in UPVISE/Service Now or the prevailing software management tool Maintain close contact with QM for ordering and tracking missing parts and Requisition Notes (RNs) Resolving quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure not only a smooth handover to the customer but also a smooth operation over the WT lifetime.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all power generation and distribution equipment.Study, read and understand electrical schematics.Help guide, support and teach co-workers.Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and reactors.Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
Responsible for supplier audits and assists with Factory Acceptance Testing (when required) Develops detailed knowledge of technical requirements, machines / systems / systems and trades in filling and packaging systems for glass, PET, cans and kegs Application of a preferred OEM portfolio of product groups, approved suppliers and approved products (range and scope of equipment) Assist to establish mechanical and electrical interface and signal exchange documents for seamless integration with KHS line equipment (signal exchange, MES, REDIS) Assures OEM suppliers provide KHS engineering with supplier machine envelope dimensions to support line layouts, include media connection and consumption data (Total Cost of Ownership) Assures OEM suppliers provide machinery documentation Creation of technical specifications and product configurations in close cooperation with KHS engineering and technical departments Support offer management in the technical analysis / evaluation of customer offers and specifications with operational, performance specifications to improve the supplier quoting process and to minimize cost variables (technical risk assessment) Your Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain, engineering or similar discipline preferred Five years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment involving machine components Two years purchasing components for KHS machines preferred Ability to synthesize data from manufacturing requisitions and procure the materials needed at price/quality standards in the shortest time frame.
Your Tasks Focus of this position is the development of modifications and the MRO support of the Do328 in-service aircraft (legacy). This includes the design and installation of electrical and mechanical systems.Perform and validate physical design and installation of systems into airframe with CAD and according DMU processes and fulfilling given installation requirements.
