Reporting to the Regional FCL Trade Management Manager, Oceania Trade, this role is responsible for:- OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE Assist in:- (Trade) Rate & surcharge negotiation with carriers for port-port rates and nominated accounts (Trade) Responding to tenders to clinch contracts from local, regional & global customers (Trade) Developing and maintaining relations with ocean freight carriers (Trade) Providing country guidance and support (GSC) Ensuring carrier contracts are updated correctly and timely into ocean freight buying system (GSC) Representing Asia Pacific countries in global meetings, consolidate feedback and suggestion to global team (GSC) Collaborating with GSC team to uphold the effect and efficiency of the performance in various tasks ACCOUNTABILITIES External - Customers - New and Existing Responsible for responding to tenders and RFQs to clinch contracts from regional and global customers Internal - Customers Trade Related Responsibilities Support and assist Regional FCL Trade Management Manager Oceania relater issues, e.g.
Aufgaben Disziplinarische Leitung des Teams Communication Systems, fachliche Leitung des globalen Teams Wirtschaftlicher und stabiler Betrieb der lokalen und globalen Telefonie unseres Mandanten sowie der CallCenter Umgebung Bewertung und Planung von neuen Video- und Telefonie-Lösungen im Microsoft Office 365 Umfeld unter Berücksichtigung globaler Anforderungen Sicherstellung des Betriebes und Supportes der Festnetz- und Mobiltelefonie unter Berücksichtigung von SLAs und Disaster Recovery Anforderungen Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Service- und Maintenance-Management im Bereich Communication Systems Dienstsitz: D - 34xxx Einstellungsdatum: schnellst möglich Gehalt: nach Vereinbarung Anforderungen Abgeschlossenes (Fach)-Hochschulstudium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in der Teamleitung im Bereich Kommunikations-Technologien Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Architektur und Management von Cisco Video und TK Systemen, Office 365 Video und Telefonie Kenntnisse wünschenswert Sehr gute Erfahrung im Design und der Umsetzung von Hochverfügbarkeits-Anforderungen sowie DR Konzepten inkl.
