Documentation,Traceability & Compliance • Maintain full traceability of inspected items, datasets, images, and reports in line with internal procedures and defense-grade standards. • Ensure high documentation quality and audit readiness; support audits, investigations, and internal reviews related to NDT and product integrity. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration • Help establish and continuously refine NDT standards, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria as the site scales. • Support root-cause analysis together with Quality, Chemistry, and Process Engineering (while preserving inspection independence). • Drive improvements that increase defect detectability, inspection reliability, and effective CT/X-ray utilization—especially in a future shift-based setup.
Ensuring all booking data is captured in Resource Scheduler within the prescribed timescales To undertake daily checks of meeting rooms to ensure they are kept clean, tidy, and fully operational in terms of services and supplies; raising Corrigo Work Orders as required To assist in the conference room set-ups as required, including furniture changes and adjustments to moveable walls (where applicable) To order and deliver to meeting rooms any catering as required. To support the Audio-Visual equipment for the meeting rooms and provide first-line resolution or escalate requirements as necessary Answering the phone in a professional manner consistent with global standard To ensure the reception desk, waiting area and meeting rooms are maintained to highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness Manage incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required Managing and completing printing and binding requests To work closely with the FM, Technology and wider building services teams to provide the best possible service to all clients and employees Procure and distribute pantry amenity supplies and stationery Your profile: Experience in reception, concierge or related field Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands Previous experience of working within a high profile corporate environment Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial Fluency in English and German Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with data centre industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
Key Tasks of the Engineering Shift Lead Supervise, coordination and support of the site-based engineering team, including internal and MEP responsibilities.Operate all systems within the facility in a competent, effective and efficient manner (including HV&LV Switching Operations).
