SUMMARY We are seeking for an experienced Principal Application Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide consultation, guidance and technical expertise with respect to leading-edge technologies.You will drive solutions of complex migrations & integration opportunities and transition programs.In addition, you will be expected to work closely with line managers to organise team activities and develop the team resources.
You will provide timely and expert advice to the Labor Relations team with respect to employee discipline and termination under the CBA and collaborates with Labor Relations to provide labor and CBA training to Operations and other related groups.You will be involved in key collective bargaining and dispute resolution negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and support Labor Relations through active participation in the contract drafting and negotiation process. You will have expertise and knowledge of federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations impacting company's operations and labor relations and be a strong leader who is a self-starter and contributes to success of organization's business.You will bring credibility with internal clients and customers.
