You will provide timely and expert advice to the Labor Relations team with respect to employee discipline and termination under the CBA and collaborates with Labor Relations to provide labor and CBA training to Operations and other related groups.You will be involved in key collective bargaining and dispute resolution negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and support Labor Relations through active participation in the contract drafting and negotiation process. You will have expertise and knowledge of federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations impacting company's operations and labor relations and be a strong leader who is a self-starter and contributes to success of organization's business.You will bring credibility with internal clients and customers.
